Position Type: ContractualJob responsibilities： Reviewing Revising & Drafting of corporate documents, commercial agreements (including NDAs), affiliate agreements, and third-party agreements in relation to products and services. Engage in negotiation and signing of major company contracts, supervise the performance of various contracts, and manage the proper resolution of company litigation or disputes, and maximize loss avoidance for the company. Participate in formulating and continuously improving the company's legal risk control system and provide advice to business management, prevent potential risks in various commercial transactions in the early stages. Engage in special legal affairs to generate valuable outputs. Handle other legal matters assigned by the department headQualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in law and at least 3+ years of relevant work experience. Diligent and conscientious, with a strong sense of responsibility. Candidates in the field of equipment rental service or construction industry is preferred. Possesses strong abilities in analysis, handling, adaptability, and problem-solving in legal matters, and is willing to delve into practical business scenarios to provide the solutions.
