Joinery Project Manager

• Manage and deliver joinery and fit-out projects within budget, scope, and timeline.
• Review drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor production, site execution, and installation works to ensure quality standards.
• Lead project teams and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and workers.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Resolve technical/site issues and provide effective solutions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Architectural / Interior Engineering.
• Minimum 4-7years of experience in joinery/fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of joinery production, materials, and installation processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE experience in joinery and fit-out projects is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
