- Minimum 15 years of experience in the Gulf region, specifically in civil engineering for power transmission (underground cable projects, substations, and related infrastructure)
- Proven track record in managing large-scale cable installation projects from concept to commissioning
- Strong knowledge of international standards and Gulf region regulations
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
