- Manage shipping documentation with suppliers and shipping lines, ensuring timely and accurate submission
- Prepare sales and purchase contracts and generate invoices according to agreed trading terms
- Coordinate shipment schedules with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth delivery
- Handle import and export documentation under Letters of Credit
- Prepare LC documentation and manage negotiations with banks to ensure compliance
- Liaise with banks on LC-related matters and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate shipment records and provide regular status updates
- Ensure compliance with Incoterms and international shipping procedures
- Diploma in Logistics, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping or trade operations
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and LC preparation
- Experience liaising with banks for LC negotiation and compliance
- Familiarity with SAP Business One is advantageous
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
