Job Title: Microsoft 365 Implementation EngineerLocation: Abu DhabiExperience: 4–8 YearsEmployment Type: Contract / Project-basedJob SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Implementation Engineer with strong expertise in identity management, messaging systems, and endpoint management. The candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting Microsoft 365 services including Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Intune.Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 environments

Configure and manage Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID (Azure AD)

Handle Exchange Online (mailbox creation, migration, and management)

Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for device and application management

Perform mailbox migrations (on-premises to cloud / hybrid setups)

Manage identity synchronization using Azure AD Connect

Configure security & compliance policies (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP)

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues (L2/L3 support)

Ensure data protection, backup, and disaster recovery readiness

Collaborate with network, security, and infrastructure teams

RequirementsRequired SkillsStrong hands-on experience with:

Microsoft 365 (O365 Suite)

Active Directory & Group Policy

Entra ID (Azure AD)

Exchange Online

Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager

Experience in identity and access management (IAM)

Knowledge of hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud integration)

Good understanding of mail flow, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC

Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
