Implement all relevant policies, processes, and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Execute the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international leading practice’ and changes in business environment and leveraging insights. This includes supporting the related change management efforts
Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet relevant requirements, policies and standards
Role Responsibilities:Human Capital Strategy
Participate in the development of the Human Capital (HC) Strategy and its objectives in close coordination with the Talent Acquisition & Performance Head
Monitor HC performance by setting and monitoring appropriate KPIs to ensure achievement of the HC strategy and objectives and to identify improvement opportunities
Prepare reports on HC activities and identify areas of progress and areas requiring improvement and develop action plans
Organisational Responsibilities
Ensure compliance to applicable policies, processes, and procedures (organisational and department level)
Ensure symmetry with the sustainability principles through aligning with environmentally friendly practices during the performance of duty
Ensure full commitment to the roles and responsibilities as stated in the organisation’s risk management and BCM frameworks (e.g., Disaster Recovery Management Framework)
Ensure compliance to both organizational and regulatory Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and BCM standards, policies, processes, and procedures
