- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and HR letters.
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Support performance management and annual appraisal processes.
- Provide guidance on company policies and HR procedures.
- Manage employee relations and assist with conflict resolution.
- Handle exit formalities including clearance, exit interviews, and final settlements.
- Process all types of visas (employment, cancellation, renewal).
- Handle labour cards, Emirates ID, medical tests, and other government paperwork.
- 2-5 years experience in HR and PRO roles (UAE experience Required).
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and government portals.
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic + English ).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
