- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
- Support disciplinary and grievance handling processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in an HR Officer or similar HR support role
- Knowledge of HR functions and labor regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage
- Experience with HR software or HRIS systems
- Knowledge of payroll and attendance systems
