• Lead the development and deployment of standardized operating procedures across all grocery store formats including hypermarkets and supermarkets.
• Establish structured business cycle processes covering demand planning, ordering, receiving, replenishment, shrink management, hygiene standards, food safety, and operational compliance.
• Ensure operational processes align with commercial strategies, promotions, and category management initiatives.
• Design and oversee store-level demand planning and ordering frameworks to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory availability.
• Improve on-shelf product availability, freshness, and working capital efficiency through disciplined ordering and inventory processes.
