- Supervise daily landscape construction activities including both hardscape and softscape works
- Ensure site activities are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and construction schedules
- Oversee hardscape installations including interlock paving, kerbstone works, pathways, pergolas, retaining walls, decking, and landscape structures
- Monitor softscape works such as planting, turfing, irrigation systems, and horticultural installations
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth execution of landscape works
- Review landscape shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements before site implementation
- Prepare inspection requests, daily site reports, and progress documentation
- Ensure compliance with project quality requirements and safety standards
- Coordinate with QA QC and HSE teams to maintain quality control and site safety procedures
- Assist with snagging, de-snagging, and project handover activities
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or related discipline
- 4 to 7 years of experience in landscape construction including both hardscape and softscape works
- Experience working on residential or commercial landscape development projects
- Good understanding of irrigation systems and landscape installation methods
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and landscape specifications
- Strong site coordination and supervision capabilities
