  • Supervise installation of high voltage equipment including transformers, GIS and AIS switchgear, circuit breakers, current transformers, voltage transformers, and protection panels.
  • Coordinate site activities with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure efficient execution of electrical works.
  • Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain updates related to schedule, quality performance, and safety compliance.
  • Support testing and commissioning activities for high voltage electrical systems.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards during site operations.
  • Assist in inspection of materials and equipment delivered to the project site.
  • Maintain technical documentation, inspection records, and site reports related to HV works.
  • Support project handover procedures including documentation and system verification.
  • Identify and resolve technical or operational issues during installation and commissioning stages.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Three to eight years of experience in high voltage substation or power infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HV installation practices, protection systems, and electrical safety standards.
  • Experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, and QAQC procedures.
  • Familiarity with testing and commissioning processes for high voltage systems.
  • Good communication and problem solving skills when working with project teams and contractors.
