By ensuring data quality, accuracy, and usability, the engineer will enable businesses and organizations to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and optimize performance. In addition to technical expertise, the role requires problem-solving skills, and the ability to design and present data in ways that maximize its impact. Through seamless integration of data-driven solutions, the Senior Power BI Engineer will empower stakeholders with clear, actionable intelligence to enable data driven decision making.Team Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor of Science Degree in IT/Computer Science/ Computer Engineering.
Minimum 7 - 10years of relevant experience in Data Analysis and BI solutions.
Azure Certified (Data track) ex (dp-900, pl-200, DA-100).
Experience in Azure-based data platform mainly Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Azure Synapse
Advanced experience in Power BI
Knowledge of Stock Exchange business/Finance businesses and business analytics requirement is an advantage Technical Skills.
Wide knowledge in Data Warehousing, and Data Modelling understanding.
Work with Azure-based data platform mainly Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Azure Synapse.
Experienced in Cloud Data Platforms (Microsoft Azure).
Experience in Visualization tools (Power BI).
Querying Data with Transact-SQL / ANSI SQL./PySQL
Have extensive knowledge of DAX queries
Have extensive knowledge in Tabular Modelling
Managing request and stakeholders engagements
Evaluating and improving BI system
Understand the concept of CI/CD for BI development
Create and develop dashboards & reports, along with real time reports.
Visualize data, author reports, and schedule automated refresh of the reports.
Discover insights from the customer data. • Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
Visualize data using dashboards, author reports, and schedule automated refresh of the dataset using Power BI.
Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Understand data modelling patterns such as star and snowflake schemas
Support data platform in troubleshooting issues, identifying, and revising reporting requirements.
