- Evaluate investment proposals and conduct feasibility studies to support strategic decisions
- Develop and implement capital structuring and financing strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Identify and assess financing opportunities in international financial markets
- Lead debt structuring, refinancing, and funding initiatives across group entities
- Provide advisory support to CFOs and senior management on financial strategy and funding decisions
- Support maintenance of corporate credit rating and manage relationships with rating agencies
- Develop financial models and economic evaluations for investment and project funding
- Monitor long-term funding requirements and prepare financial commitment schedules
- Coordinate balance sheet analysis and recommend financing plans based on financial performance
- Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investment initiatives
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and external advisors
- Oversee preparation of financing documentation, proposals, and reports
- Participate in audit and finance committee activities to ensure financial compliance and reporting accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
