Senior Manager, Operations and Finance - Executive Education - New York University Abu Dhabi - Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing model development for executive education programs
• Develop and refine program pricing models, margin analysis, and financial viability assessments
• Prepare commercial proposals, profit and loss projections, and program-level financial reports
• Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, reconciliation, and financial reporting with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate financial records, spreadsheets, databases, and reimbursement documentation
• Manage vendor relations, procurement processes, and financial compliance requirements
• Serve as the primary operational and administrative point of contact for the Office of Executive Education
• Design operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making
• Oversee departmental workflows, systems, and administrative processes to ensure efficiency and confidentiality
• Supervise the Administrative Coordinator and support hiring, onboarding, and supervision of student and temporary staff
• Manage complex travel arrangements, calendar planning, and executive-level event logistics
• Support senior leadership communications, presentations, and reporting related to executive education initiatives

• Bachelor's degree
• More than five years of relevant professional experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong background in operations management, financial planning, and budgeting
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and independent judgment
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
