– Min 5-7yrs of UAE experience in Office Management or Executive Support to Senior Management or C-Level Executives– Experience in Executive Support to CEO/MD, Office Management, Project & Business Management, Preparing Management Reports, Presentations, Email Correspondence, Travel Arrangements, Meeting Schedules etc.– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic preferred
– Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
– Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
