Bachelor’s degree in Counselling or related field.
Strong verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to clearly communicate about social working and results in non-technical language.
Recent knowledge and understanding of safeguarding
The ability to use data effectively, to monitor and enhance student progress.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
