Production Manager - Digital Delivery - AECOM - Dubai, UAE

• Lead and manage digital delivery processes across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ensure unit and department technical milestones, budgets, and production goals are achieved.
• Oversee resource planning, utilisation targets, and team performance management.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional development to technical staff.
• Support proposal development by advising on feasibility, resources, and cost planning.
• Develop and implement BIM execution plans and Level of Development matrices.
• Monitor quality control, scheduling, and execution of digital production deliverables.
• Manage information exchange through Common Data Environment platforms.
• Maintain and enhance digital template libraries and internal production standards.
• Conduct technical quality reviews and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of emerging digital technologies.
• Interface with regional technical leads and directors to align policies and compliance standards.
• Evaluate and implement innovative digital processes to improve productivity and service capability.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in digital delivery, BIM management, or production leadership roles.
• Strong proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks, along with digital collaboration platforms.
• Demonstrated experience managing large scale infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Strong project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Knowledge of international digital delivery standards such as ISO 19650.
• Experience with advanced technologies such as digital twins or AI is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
