Lead Structural Design Engineer Bridges Dubai UAE Civil Engineering hiring role responsible for leading the design and delivery of bridge and transportation structures across Parsons Corporation projects. This position ensures high-quality engineering outputs, efficient resource planning, and innovative design solutions that support the development of modern infrastructure.What You'll Do
- Lead technical delivery of bridge and structural design across multiple projects
- Conduct detailed technical reviews and ensure quality compliance before submission
- Deliver accurate and efficient structural designs aligned with project standards
- Identify opportunities for innovation and value engineering in design solutions
- Plan and allocate team resources to meet project timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams for smooth execution
- Manage design schedules, priorities, and information flow across teams
- Engage with clients and authorities to present designs and secure approvals
- Provide clear direction and leadership to engineering teams
- Report project progress, staffing, and utilization to senior leadership
- Support recruitment and development of engineering staff
- Act as deputy to Technical Director when required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 20 years of experience in structural and bridge design projects
- At least 7 years of experience on RTA projects in UAE
- Strong leadership experience managing engineering teams
- Expertise in bridge and transportation infrastructure design
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Commitment to innovation and high-quality engineering delivery
