
Strategic Business Development Manager - Breakbulk & Project Cargo

- Identify and win new business opportunities in breakbulk, fabrication, and project logistics
- Build strategic partnerships with EPCs, manufacturers, and heavy cargo clients
- Lead the development of compelling commercial proposals and solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align pricing, port operations, and customer experience
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new revenue streams
- Support internal and external audits (e.g. AEO), and drive continuous improvement in processes
- Work closely with senior leadership on commercial strategy and market expansion
- 5-10 years' experience in breakbulk/project cargo sales, ports, or freight forwarding
- Proven track record in opening new markets and growing customer portfolios
- Deep understanding of port operations, multimodal logistics, and heavy lift coordination
- Strategic mindset with hands-on experience in client-facing roles
- Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills
