In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the bank's strategic objectives by maintaining and enhancing a robust risk framework and elevating the overall client experience. You will work closely with the Implementation and Sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding of clients and timely account opening with sub-custodians across various markets.Client Engagement and Service Excellence
You will be responsible for managing client communications and ensuring all queries received through our Financing Securities Services email channel are addressed promptly within agreed timeframes. Preventing revenue leakage by ensuring no unauthorized debits to Profit and Loss accounts is paramount. Your leadership in process improvement initiatives will foster operational excellence and consistently exceed service standards, evidenced by minimal client complaints and swift resolution of inquiries.Operational Process Management
Your expertise will ensure Department Operating Instructions, checklists, and Service Level Agreements are current and adhered to rigorously. You will administer Master File Administration, Billing Settlements, and Corporate Action processes efficiently while regularly reviewing and suggesting enhancements to account opening procedures to standardise and boost operational effectiveness globally. Collaboration with sub-custodians and stakeholders will be essential to driving operational efficiency and elevating client satisfaction. Active participation in RFPs, due diligence, and risk escalations will keep management informed, supporting informed decision-making.This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented approach to manage complex operations within a dynamic banking environment, ensuring compliance and client-centric solutions aligned with strategic goals.Our Ideal CandidateOur Ideal Candidate
