The Sales Administrative Coordinator supports the Director of Sales by managing day-to-day administrative activities, preparing reports, tracking projects, and coordinating sales documentation and enquiries. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales and sales team
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation as required
- Complete forms, maintain records, and organize sales workflows
- Track pending projects, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Distribute and monitor new sales enquiries
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Support overall efficiency and organization of the sales office
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently using initiative
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive and complex situations professionally
- Flexibility to attend meetings and work adaptable hours
- Knowledge of a second language is an advantage
