Key Account Manager Aerospace Logistics and Air Freight Operations - Al-Futtaim Logistics - Dubai UAE

• Manage growth, operational performance, and profitability of assigned aerospace logistics key accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic aerospace customers across the UAE and GCC
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to improve service efficiency and cross functional collaboration
• Monitor revenue performance, margins, and cost control to ensure strong financial results
• Support the development of air freight operations and aerospace logistics solutions in regional markets
• Lead rate negotiations, service level agreements, and contractual terms with customers and partners
• Develop multi modal transport solutions including sea air and air sea logistics strategies
• Contribute to annual business planning cycles and monitor SLA performance targets
• Manage P and L performance and budgets for assigned aerospace accounts
• Identify business risks, opportunities, and market trends to guide strategic decisions
• Develop standard operating procedures and operational frameworks for aerospace logistics services
• Publish performance dashboards and conduct structured review meetings with customers
• Negotiate service agreements with suppliers and partners to improve value added logistics solutions
• Ensure compliance with freight management regulations, international shipping requirements, and industry standards
• Monitor regulatory changes and guide teams to maintain compliance across logistics operations
• Support new revenue opportunities and logistics service innovations for sustainable growth

• Postgraduate degree in business management, logistics, or supply chain management
• Eight to twelve years of experience in the air freight or logistics industry
• Strong experience managing key accounts in aerospace logistics or freight management
• Proven leadership ability with strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of air freight pricing, procurement, and logistics tender management
