- Own the overall growth, operational success, and financial performance of assigned Aerospace Key Accounts.
- Drive proactive coordination with internal departments and customers to maximize efficiencies and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage financial performance, including revenue, margins, and cost control, while supporting freight management initiatives within the UAE.
- Develop Aerospace Logistics across UAE and GCC markets and support Air Freight development in satellite offices.
- Lead rate and SLA negotiations in line with internal DOA policies.
- Drive multi-modal transport initiatives (Sea/Air, Air/Sea) within the partner network, especially for Aerospace-related customers.
- Actively contribute to annual planning cycles to ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly SLA targets.
- Own and monitor P&L performance and budget control for assigned accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans for both existing and new business within the BU sector.
- Identify risks and opportunities, leveraging market knowledge to anticipate future trends.
- Utilize appropriate tools and frameworks to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.
- Secure signed SLAs and establish structured operating plans with regular performance reviews.
- Strengthen supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Identify and recommend strategic partner relationships and optimized business processes.
- Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure process transparency and system alignment.
- Publish performance dashboards at agreed intervals and conduct structured review meetings with customers.
- Negotiate competitive rates and service levels with customers and suppliers to generate value-added solutions.
- Initiate and manage improvement projects to enhance efficiency, volumes, and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to Freight & Relocation management guidelines when coordinating with international agents and foreign ports.
- Monitor regulatory changes and guide teams to ensure full compliance with government requirements.
- Identify and develop new revenue-generating activities for sustainable growth and margin improvement.
- Manage SLA sign-offs and renewals for all key accounts.
- Maintain the highest service standards and achieve optimal CSAT scores.
- Ensure timely publication of performance dashboards for key accounts.
- Demonstrate expertise in DG handling and certification processes.
