OverviewYou own the daily execution of the site. This is a high-speed, high-precision role – where details matter and delays cost money. You ensure the site runs clean, orders flow smoothly, and nothing slips through the cracks.What You’ll Do● Own end-to-end site operations – inventory sync, transfers monitoring● Monitor orders across the lifecycle – fulfillment, cancellations, returns, refunds● Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and customer service to resolve issues fast● Track and improve operational KPIs (order accuracy, SLA adherence, fulfillment speed)● Identify issues early and fix them before escalation● Maintain backend systems (Shopify) with discipline and accuracy● Support the onboarding of new brandsWhat Good Looks Like● Orders move fast with minimal exceptions● You are reliable under pressure and don’t miss details● Problems get solved before they become visibleRequirements● 2-5 years in e-commerce operations or digital retail● Strong attention to detail – you catch what others miss● Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar platforms● Familiarity with inventory systems (transfers, stock movements)● Ability to manage volume, complexity, and tight timeSalt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
