• Lead the end-to-end execution of a major construction project in line with project director objectives and client expectations
• Deliver projects within approved budgets and timelines while maintaining scope and quality benchmarks
• Develop and implement project delivery strategies aligned with long-term financial and operational plans
• Manage engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure coordination and accountability
• Establish structured programme management processes to optimize timelines and cost efficiency
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee budgeting, cost forecasting, subcontractor negotiations, and financial risk mitigation
• Implement comprehensive risk management strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, aiming for zero lost-time incidents

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred
