  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration).
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Several years of experience in project management, particularly in consulting and technology projects.
  • Strong consulting and client-facing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
  • Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies.

1. Client Engagement:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technology needs, objectives, and constraints.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.
2. Project Management:
  • Lead and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects for clients.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with client requirements.
3. Project Documentation:
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports.
  • Ensure that project documentation is organized, up-to-date, and available to the project team and clients.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as a bridge between the consulting firm, the project team, and the client.
  • Provide regular project status updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
5. Risk and Issue Management:
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, working collaboratively with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Escalate critical issues to the client and internal leadership when necessary.
6. Resource Management:
  • Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning for technology projects.
  • Monitor resource utilization and report on potential resource constraints.
7. Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes and standards within client projects.
  • Conduct quality control and assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
8. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and report on project-related data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
9. Best Practices and Process Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and methodologies in project management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the consulting firm.
10. Training and Development:
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members and support their professional development.
  • Contribute to the onboarding and training of new project management personnel.
