- Collaborate with clients to understand their technology needs, objectives, and constraints.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.
- Lead and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects for clients.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with client requirements.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports.
- Ensure that project documentation is organized, up-to-date, and available to the project team and clients.
- Serve as a bridge between the consulting firm, the project team, and the client.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, working collaboratively with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.
- Escalate critical issues to the client and internal leadership when necessary.
- Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning for technology projects.
- Monitor resource utilization and report on potential resource constraints.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes and standards within client projects.
- Conduct quality control and assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
- Collect, analyze, and report on project-related data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and methodologies in project management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the consulting firm.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members and support their professional development.
- Contribute to the onboarding and training of new project management personnel.
