About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Credit Control Associate to oversee premium collections, insurer reconciliations, and multi-stakeholder coordination. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely client payments, maintaining accurate financial records, managing escalations, and driving continuous improvements within the credit control function.Key ResponsibilitiesRequest and reconcile insurer statements, ensuring all premium payments are accurately recorded and up to dateProactively follow up with clients to secure timely collections and prevent Notices of Cancellation, suspensions, or policy interruptionsProvide insurers with regular updates on collection status and anticipated remittancesManage and resolve escalations from clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional mannerRequest, track, and distribute Receipt Vouchers to clients and relevant internal teamsRespond to premium-related queries from clients, Sales, Brokers, and internal departmentsConduct regular review meetings with Brokers and Sales teams to address outstanding balances and clear aged receivablesContribute to process improvements, enhance collection tracking mechanisms, and ensure compliance with internal controlsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 3+ years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or within the insurance sectorStrong reconciliation and account management capabilities, particularly with complex, multi-party accountsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsHigh level of accuracy, strong sense of ownership, and ability to perform effectively under pressureFOR MORE INFORMATIONCONTACT Lucy Vincent
