Lead site surveys
Capture field device/configuration data
Assess protocol support, obsolescence, adaptation needs for dual-LDC operations
Site visits to substations & pump stations
Assess WAMS/PQA/WMS/EDL
Inputs to architecture & adaptation scope

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical/Control Engineering
8+ years with substation automation, RTUs/IEDs, recorders and WAMS/PQA
Experience on transmission automation upgrade project
