  • Provide performance insights to regional retail media leaders and partnership teams to support strategic decision making.
  • Identify risks related to revenue delivery and recommend optimization strategies to ensure campaign targets are achieved.
  • Lead test and learn initiatives to improve advertising performance and evaluate new retail media solutions.
  • Prepare regional post campaign performance reviews and share learnings across multiple markets.
  • Troubleshoot cross market campaign issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges.
  • Identify monetization gaps, revenue leakage, inventory underutilization, and campaign pacing issues.
  • Conduct deep dive diagnostic analysis and develop prioritized action plans for performance improvement.
  • Develop and standardize measurement frameworks to ensure consistent performance tracking across markets.
  • Use predictive modeling and segmentation analysis to forecast campaign performance and identify high value advertiser segments.
  • Build regional dashboards to track revenue performance, campaign delivery health, and partner outcomes.
  • Present data driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and analytics teams to improve retail media tools and reporting capabilities.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, business analytics, engineering, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, digital advertising, retail media, or e commerce performance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of retail media platforms, digital advertising optimization, and attribution models.
  • Experience working with commercial performance metrics and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Strong modeling capabilities using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and convert insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leadership and cross market teams.
  • Experience working across multiple markets or international teams preferred.
  • Fluency in English required, with Arabic language skills considered advantageous.
