Stakeholder Manager Infrastructure Projects - Parsons Corporation - Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with project goals and infrastructure program timelines.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders including government authorities, developers, regulatory bodies, and utility service providers.
• Coordinate regulatory approvals including permits, No Objection Certificates, building permits, and infrastructure clearances.
• Track authority comments, regulatory conditions, and approval requirements to ensure timely resolution and compliance.
• Establish and maintain structured systems for tracking regulatory submissions and stakeholder approvals.
• Work closely with design, engineering, project management, and construction teams to coordinate submission strategies.
• Identify potential regulatory or stakeholder risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
• Monitor approval processes and provide regular reports on stakeholder engagement activities and regulatory progress.
• Ensure compliance with all local authority procedures, infrastructure regulations, and permitting frameworks.
• Support project leadership in maintaining strong communication channels with stakeholders across complex development programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 8 to 12 years of experience in stakeholder management within infrastructure, urban development, or large construction programs.
• Experience coordinating regulatory approvals and authority submissions in the United Arab Emirates.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across large infrastructure projects.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to work within structured governance environments and maintain compliance with regulatory processes.
