- Identify, analyze, and maintain a detailed stakeholder register for project tracking
- Develop structured communication and engagement strategies aligned with project goals
- Serve as the primary contact point for stakeholders ensuring consistent communication
- Resolve stakeholder concerns and mediate conflicts to maintain project momentum
- Coordinate with government authorities to secure permits and ensure compliance
- Monitor stakeholder-related risks and update mitigation strategies regularly
- Maintain accurate records of communications, agreements, and stakeholder feedback
- Conduct community engagement activities and outreach initiatives
- Integrate stakeholder requirements into project planning and execution
- Evaluate engagement strategies and improve processes based on project feedback
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in stakeholder management or project coordination
- Experience working on infrastructure projects within Abu Dhabi
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and authority processes
- Fluency in English and Arabic communication
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
