Restaurant Partner Sales Coordinator - Marketplace Operations - Talabat - Dubai, UAE

• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support restaurant partner sales activities.
• Serve as the first point of contact for partner restaurants regarding operational questions, complaints, calls, and emails when sales representatives are unavailable.
• Upload and maintain accurate restaurant information, menus, and account details on the Talabat platform.
• Assist with onboarding new restaurant partners including system configuration and platform setup.
• Provide training and technical guidance to restaurant partners on platform usage and system tools.
• Monitor and update restaurant account status including temporarily closed or inactive partners.
• Manage documentation of restaurant contracts, amendments, and related sales records.
• Prepare contract delivery and pickup reports and maintain accurate contract records.
• Support quality management of restaurant partner accounts and help resolve operational issues between restaurants and users.
• Generate reports related to restaurant transmission methods and operational performance.
• Assist with configuration and replacement of GPRS printers used by partner restaurants.
• Train restaurant and call center teams on using ordering transmission systems and partner tools.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with restaurant partners.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer relationship management processes.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Must hold a valid UAE Family Book.
