-Climate & Electrical Systems: Manage farm ventilation, cooling pads, and electrical control panels to ensure an optimal environment for the flock.
-Machinery Maintenance: Troubleshooting and repairing industrial farm machinery from leading manufacturers.Requirements & Expertise:
-Specialized Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with machinery such as:
-Systems: Big Dutchman, Vencomatic, or Val-Co.
-Processing/Grading: Moba, Sanovo, or similar industry leaders.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in Industrial Electricity, HVAC, and plumbing systems specific to poultry farming.
