- Provide daily administrative support to the Program Cost Consultancy team.
- Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for efficient retrieval of project records.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring stakeholders are informed of timelines and deliverables.
- Draft and manage professional correspondence including emails and letters.
- Implement document control procedures to ensure accurate labeling and storage of project files.
- Compile and organize contracts, specifications, and drawings for project teams.
- Assist in data entry related to project milestones, schedules, and resource tracking.
- Generate basic reports and summaries to support project monitoring activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive project information responsibly.
- UAE National with a valid family book.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, ideally within engineering or professional services environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
