About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Server & Storage Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain mission-critical server and storage solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability across the enterprise environment.Responsibilities:Design, deploy, and manage VMware virtualization infrastructure, including vSphere clusters and vCenter ServerAdminister and optimize Dell EMC VxRail or equivalent hyper-converged infrastructurePerform server management tasks on Windows and Linux platforms, including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshootingImplement and maintain SAN and NAS storage environments, including LUN provisioning, replication, and snapshot managementMonitor system performance, capacity planning, and perform tuning for servers and storage subsystemsCollaborate with network, backup, and security teams to integrate and secure infrastructure componentsDevelop and maintain documentation for architecture, procedures, and troubleshooting guidesProvide 3rd-level support for complex infrastructure incidents and participate in on-call rotationEvaluate new storage and server technologies and recommend enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency
