Universal Rubber Belt Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the GCC industrial sector, with a focus on UAE and Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in industrial sales and a deep understanding of machinery applications and rubber belt solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and expand distributor networks and industrial accounts across UAE and KSA.
Provide expert advice on industrial applications and machinery solutions.
Promote and sell power transmission rubber belts to target clients.
Build and nurture long-term business relationships with key stakeholders.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective negotiation.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of industrial sales experience in the GCC market (UAE/KSA).
Strong knowledge of industrial applications, machinery, and rubber belt products.
Demonstrated ability to manage distributors and grow business accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and target-driven skills.
Proven success in generating and converting leads into long-term clients.
