This role plays a critical part in maintaining asset integrity by applying risk-based inspection methodologies and ensuring inspection programs align with international standards. It directly contributes to safe operations, reduced risk exposure, and optimized maintenance strategies across ADNOC facilities.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct RBI workshops across multiple plants in line with company requirements
- Perform Risk-Based Inspection analysis in accordance with API 581 standards
- Develop inspection plans and generate recommendations based on risk assessments
- Gather and validate equipment, piping, and PSV data for RBI systems
- Analyze and ensure accuracy of data within RBI tools before production deployment
- Align RBI system data with SAP functional locations for system integration
- Review risk levels and advise sites on mitigation strategies to achieve ALARP
- Develop and update RBI guidelines, procedures, and specification manuals
- Support inspection management activities for long-term and annual planning
- Contribute to development of inspection policies and standards
- Ensure compliance with international codes including API, ASME, and NACE
- Support implementation of asset performance management and RBI systems
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering
- API 580 certification required
- Experience in risk-based inspection and asset integrity programs
- Strong knowledge of oil and gas processes and inspection methodologies
- Familiarity with international standards such as API, ASME, and NACE
- Experience with Asset Performance Management and RBI tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage inspection activities effectively
