This role supports the implementation of asset life extension programs by applying engineering expertise, monitoring performance, and improving maintenance strategies. It plays a key role in extending the operational life of critical assets while ensuring safety, cost efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standards, procedures, and guidelines for asset life extension management
- Support implementation of integrated asset life extension programs across facilities
- Provide technical expertise to address challenges related to rotary equipment performance
- Identify risks and opportunities to enhance asset life and operational reliability
- Support decision-making processes through cost-effective and risk-based analysis
- Monitor asset performance and contribute to reporting systems for management insights
- Assist in implementing audit and review systems to ensure compliance with new processes
- Participate in technical forums and share knowledge across engineering teams
- Support development of workforce capabilities in asset life extension practices
- Analyze maintenance records, inspection data, and equipment performance trends
- Recommend improvements, modifications, or replacements for aging equipment
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards and industry best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in oil and gas facilities with exposure to maintenance and engineering
- Strong knowledge of rotary equipment and asset integrity management
- Experience in asset life extension methodologies and maintenance strategies
- Ability to interpret technical data including inspection and performance reports
- Experience in project management and execution of engineering studies
- Strong understanding of HSE principles in oil and gas operations
- Good communication and collaboration skills across teams
