- Evaluate enterprise computer systems and network infrastructure to ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability, and compliance with security standards
- Review configuration settings of operating systems, databases, cloud platforms, and network environments to ensure adherence to best practices
- Assess user access controls and authorization levels to maintain proper segregation of duties and system security
- Analyze the architecture of IT systems to ensure adequate protection against unauthorized access and cyber threats
- Evaluate cybersecurity readiness and recommend improvements to strengthen organizational security posture
- Review system development life cycle processes to confirm that technology projects meet security and control requirements
- Safeguard IT assets by verifying inventory, system utilization, and operational efficiency of information systems
- Design and perform data analytics tests to support audit activities and identify system anomalies or control weaknesses
- Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, and Excel to extend audit coverage
- Conduct special reviews, investigations, and technical audits to evaluate specific operational risks and compliance issues
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Professional certification such as CISA or CISM preferred
- Two to five years of experience in IT auditing, cybersecurity, or technical infrastructure auditing
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure including Azure and enterprise operating systems
- Ability to analyze complex systems architecture and evaluate security risks within enterprise environments
