- Manage coordination between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Oversee site operations ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Review and approve technical submissions, drawings, and method statements
- Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and cost overruns
- Monitor project progress, resources, and budgets for timely delivery
- Lead and manage large teams including engineers and supervisors
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure or civil projects
- Strong experience in MRT, rail, depot, or major infrastructure works

- Knowledge of construction methodologies and contract management
- Familiarity with authority requirements and compliance standards
- Professional certifications such as APM or equivalent are advantageous
