- Develop and implement a proactive maintenance management program for all restaurant facilities and equipment.
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant's facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety issues.
- Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to restaurant operations.
- Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health and hygiene standards, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and compliance documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, restaurant equipment, and maintenance best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Highly organized, with strong Excel and documentation skills
- Experience in Dubai, UAE, or the wider GCC is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of kitchen maintenance
