Industry: Oil & GasKey Responsibilities:Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
Manage month-end and year-end closing, financial statements, and MIS reporting.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other statutory requirements.
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in workflows.
Oversee office administration and operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, vendors, and clients.
Drive process improvements, cost control measures, and operational efficiency initiatives.Requirements:7–8+ years of UAE accounting experience (mandatory).
Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.
Qualified CA preferred (CA Finalists will also be considered).
Strong experience in team handling and operational management.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Immediate joiners in Dubai preferred.
