- Develop and execute a clear territory plan aligned to revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities; build and maintain a robust pipeline across research labs, IVF centres and biopharma accounts.
- Lead consultative sales engagements, mapping laboratory workflows to cryopreservation and biostorage equipment (controlled-rate freezers, LN₂ storage systems, monitoring platforms).
- Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles across scientific teams, QA/QC, procurement and finance.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, including tenders (RFPs/RFQs) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) justifications.
- Close deals and coordinate with applications and service teams to ensure effective installation and post-sale handover.
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting, pipeline visibility and reliable sales forecasting.
- 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience within the life sciences or laboratory equipment sector with strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience selling capital equipment (e.g., lab instrumentation, bioprocessing systems, diagnostic platforms).
- Ability to confidently engage with scientific stakeholders and translate technical features into operational and commercial value.
- Working understanding of cell biology, biobanking, IVF lab environments, or cell therapy workflows. Direct exposure to cryopreservation technologies is an advantage.
- Familiarity with regulated laboratory environments (GMP/GxP or ISO standards) is desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and structured pipeline management.
- Valid GCC driving license.
- Bachelor’s degree - Life Sciences preferred: Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering or similar.
- Currently based in the UAE or wider GCC region.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Willing and able to travel regularly within the GCC.
- Professional, credible communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
