- Develop and execute group-wide marketing and communications strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Oversee annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance metrics aligned with business goals.
- Lead internal and external communications, media relations, and crisis response.
- Protect and enhance brand reputation across all channels and facilities.
- Drive digital strategy, including website, social media, SEO, content, and patient engagement platforms.
- Monitor online reputation, patient feedback, and optimize engagement campaigns.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and patient insights.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Operations to identify opportunities for patient acquisition, referral growth, and retention.
- Lead and mentor marketing teams across UAE and KSA; manage agencies and vendors.
- Align marketing strategies with executive leadership, clinical, and operations teams.
- Ensure consistent brand application and marketing standards across all facilities.
