Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
  • 10+ years in marketing & communications, 5+ in leadership
  • Experience in healthcare or multi-facility organizations preferred
  • Professional certifications (CIM, Digital Marketing, PR/Communications) an advantage
  • Arabic speaker with UAE/KSA experience
  • Experience in regulated healthcare environments in UAE/KSA preferred
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing, patient communication, digital marketing, brand strategy, PR, and content development
Description
In this role, you will lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of all marketing, branding, and communication initiatives across Health Group facilities in UAE, KSA, and beyond. Your work will ensure consistent brand positioning, elevate the Group's reputation, drive patient engagement, and support business growth through integrated marketing strategies that aligned the personal goals.Role & Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a unified marketing and communications strategy
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Oversee annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance metrics
Communications & Public Relations:
  • Lead internal and external communication strategies to strengthen the Group's reputation
  • Manage media relations, press releases, interviews, and public statements
  • Oversee crisis communication planning and response
Digital Marketing & Patient Engagement:
  • Drive digital strategy including website, social media, SEO, and online patient engagement
  • Oversee content creation, storytelling, and campaigns highlighting services and patient outcomes
  • Monitor online reputation and patient feedback channels
Market Intelligence & Growth Support:
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and patient insights
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Operations to support service-line growth
  • Identify opportunities for patient acquisition and retention
Brand Governance Across Facilities:
  • Ensure consistent brand application across all Cambridge Health Group entities
  • Provide guidance and oversight to facility-level marketing teams
  • Develop marketing policies, templates, and standards for group-wide use
Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor marketing and communications teams across UAE and KSA
  • Align campaigns with CEOs, Hospital Directors, Medical Directors, HR, Operations, and Quality teams
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and community partners
