In this role, you will oversee the setup, operations, and performance of a new branch in Qatar. You will ensure smooth operational workflows, manage the branch team, and maintain high standards of service and compliance.Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and goals
- Monitor and report on branch performance, KPIs, and financial results
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar regulations
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability
- Act as the main point of contact for the branch, representing the company professionally
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment
- Commit to being fully based in Qatar to manage day-to-day branch operations
