Join us as we set new benchmarks in construction and project delivery.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Project Director to lead Nova’s high‑end villa and residential projects at Al Jurf (JCB). The role oversees the full project lifecycle, including delivery planning, design coordination, construction, quality, safety, commercial control, and client relations. You will represent Nova at the executive level, ensure premium‑grade delivery, and lead multidisciplinary teams toward on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality completion.Key Responsibilities

Lead project strategy, planning, resource allocation, and execution.
Oversee all phases: pre‑construction, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover.
Manage client, consultant, and authority relationships; conduct executive‑level meetings.
Ensure world‑class quality, safety, compliance, and craftsmanship.
Oversee project budgets, procurement strategies, cost control, and commercial issues.
Resolve major technical challenges, design conflicts, and site escalations.
Lead design coordination across architecture, structural, MEP, façade, and interiors.
Mentor Project Managers and discipline leads; build high‑performing teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
15–20+ years’ construction experience, including senior leadership roles.
Proven delivery of luxury villas, high‑rise towers, or major UAE/GCC projects.
Strong technical background: structures, MEP coordination, façade, interiors.
Expertise in project controls, budgeting, and contract administration (FIDIC).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Experience dealing with VIP clients and high‑spec design requirements.
Master’s degree / PMP / RICS is an advantage.
