- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in your assigned section.
- Support the Chef de Partie in daily operations and oversee junior staff when required.
- Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared accurately and efficiently ahead of service.
- Uphold strict hygiene and food safety practices in accordance with HACCP.
- Contribute to menu planning and implementation of new dishes.
- Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen, including prior experience as Commis I or Demi CDP.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent professional training.
- Good knowledge of international cuisines and basic kitchen management.
- Strong team collaboration and leadership potential.
- High attention to detail, consistency, and quality control.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
