  • Develop short- and long-term business development strategies.
  • Source and acquire new clients (high-net-worth individuals, corporations, charter clients).
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Represent the brand at yacht shows, networking events, and industry expos.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop pricing models and negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Create proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to prospective clients.
