- Drive business growth by promoting the company's accounting and tax services
- Conduct cold calls, outreach activities, and networking to generate new leads
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business expansion strategies
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Represent the company in client meetings and business discussions
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within the accounting/financial services sector in the UAE
- Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with UAE market and client landscape
- Small, growing team environment (this will be the second hire)
- High level of ownership and visibility within the business
